Located in the town center of La Chaume, in the heart of Les Sables d'Olonne, on a plot of more than 600 m² with trees and flowers, this town house is close to the quays, the Port, but also the Grande Plage and the wild side. It allows you to park your cars (3 possible places in the property) and access all the sites on foot during your stay. Its 170 m² is divided into a large open kitchen / dining / living room of 75m ² with access to a heated outdoor pool of 4 x 8 m, secure and protected from view. It contains three bedrooms on the ground floor and two upstairs, each level with its bathroom.
It is equipped with all the necessary comfort in kitchen and laundry (gas stove, oven, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer) but also Internet and high-speed TV (fiber). The linen is provided.
Outside, a solar shower is installed in the summer to rinse off the beach or before using the pool, and sunbathing is available, as well as a barbecue.
